If you logged in to CyberFM using an email address, you get a new wallet address on the blockchain and a set of twelve random words. This is your Seed Phrase.
Go to your Settings screen - you will find this in the app menu.
Click on View Wallet Details.
Hello Options menu! Click on View Seed Words to see your Seed Phrase.
Now write it down some place safe, for your eyes only!
But wait, what if you forgot your Seed Phrase and logged out???
